Readmission to the Emergency Room and Clinical Characteristics of Patients with Covid-19: A Single-Center Trial

Objective: This study aims to determine the demographic and clinical characteristics of patients admitted emergency department a training research hospital within 72 hours diagnosis COVID-19.Materials Methods: The was designed as descriptive single-centered. data who presented room with COVID-19 were obtained retrospectively from Hospital Information Management System.Results: 56.497 diagnosed our room, 0.4% returned similar complaints hours. Among those returned, 51.4% female, mean age 41.67. found that 30.8% readmitted people had at least one comorbidity. It readmission comorbidity; nausea cough most common reasons for admission in comorbidities.Conclusion: There is need design further studies establish criteria safe return home, reduce re-admission rates, increase quality care.
